What is Texas, conservative or Liberal?

Texas remains a conservative state. The suburb areas continue to get larger, and the vast majority who move there are conservatives. The Texas House and Senate this past November added more conservative members making the Texas Legislature overwhelmingly Republican. The border areas lean Democrat, but their population base is also heavily Hispanic.
