How can i find a doctor who accepts medicad for a long term patient?

My friend lives in Tunnel Hill, ga. Her condition is as follows. She is disabled, on medicad, has hip problems, and is in need of a doctor who takes medicad. She has a heart condition also. I have spent countless hours on the phone and the internet trying to locate her a doctor. I have even had doctors admit to me that they cannot get their money out of medicad, so the medicad patients suffer as of this lack of justice for the chronically ill. She is a christian woman, about 4ft. 10in. who has a zest for life; yet, she cannot find a stable doctor that will take her case.Has society come to a point as to penalize patients for the love of money? Can we put a human life on one side of the scale and the life be outweighed on the other side by a dollar? I am trying to find her a doctor to help her so that she will not run out of her heart and pain medication.
