Do you class green tea as healthy?

I'm curious as to green tea's status as a bit of a "super food". I've read about its supposed health benefits but it also contains caffeine. We are constantly encouraged to take LESS caffeine, except when it comes to green tea it seems. Is it just that the health benefits outweigh the negatives of the caffeine, or am I missing something?
