Although almonds and most nuts are calorie and fat dense, they are VERY good for you! The fat in nuts is the kind that lowers bad cholesterol and the calories are good nutritious calories. I would suggest eating at least a serving a day but no more. A serving is like 1/4 cup of most kinds of nuts. And replace them with something less healthy that adds up to about 150 calories. Keep on eating those nuts! lol
